It is always a fabulous experience for me when I go to Ace! Dennis is our go to guy! He's always kind and courteous and knows what he's doing! Chris and his dad are awesome too. I went in one night because I couldn't get into my car because my key was about to snap. No clue what I was gonna do! Well Chris said he could make me a new one even with the other key all bent up! Saved me!nI love our Ace. Thank you to all of your awesome employees. I will always say go to Ace and not ........ You know who.
Just visiting town, but working on a couple of projects. I found everything we needed. The backyard bird section had an awesome variety of food and feeders. There is no bird left unaddressed there. Not sure why, but that seemed pretty exciting to me. They had a must-have owl suet feeder!

I have had several good experiences here but my last one was not. I left extremely frustrated at the rude woman with green hair working the front register who repeatedly told me I gave her the incorrect phone number and acted as they were returning a few pieces of hardware was such a hassle to her. I’m driving past Ace now to go to Home Depot because I want to give my business to a store who knows how to treat their customers right
