Al's Septic Tank Services

I called this company to do a septic services. When I call as soon I provide my mailing address, she stated I am familiar with the property we did services in the property, I know is a 1500 gallons tank. I asked to provide a verbal estimate of what’s going to cost. She replied since is a 1500 gallons tank, it will cost you around 400 dollars no more than 500 dollars. I gave her the ok to do the septic services on my septic. When I got the bill, the bill was for 892.00 dollars. I called back the same number that I called when I requested the service and the receptionist answer and we discussed the difference on the bill and what she quoted at the time when I requested the services. She denied everything that she said. At that point I asked her to transfer me to some one else who may be above or at least someone who may understanding what I was explaining to her. She replied “I am the one who runs this business and not one can’t tell how to do my job”. I asked to transfer to the owner of the business because she was not listening of what I was explaining to her and I was not going to be able to find a solution in this matter. She kept is dusting that she was the one the run the business and she was not going to transfer me to not one. I said if I don’t get to get transfer to some else, I Was not going to pay the bill. She answered “ if you don’t pay the bill I am going to through the word in the community not to do business with you because you are not a trustful business person believe me I know do many people...”.nI got the bill a couple of times and it was increasing for the late fees. I called back and was able to speak to some else who told me they if I paid the full for 800 dollars she will be able to waive the fee and put it flat for 800 Dallas. I paid them even though it was not what I had paid previously. I knew that was not right but just did not want to have any problems.nI Usually give services every two years but this time in least than three months, my sePrice system was max out. InCalled s different company due to thue conflict that I discussed above. This company show up and charged me 580 dollars which was around 140nDollars above that I had paid prior to used A’ls septic. When I asked this company the price up than I had previously paid he mentioned to me that who ever cleaned the system did a terrible Job. I mentioned to him that who had prior to him clean the system was Al’s septics, he warned me and advised me to stay away from them because already heard bad stories about them. He d as los reported that he personally knew the person who did the services because he trained the person before he stop working for Al’s septic and the person was not a responsible realizable worker.nIt been about ten moths and the septic system is working perfect nothing compare that it was when Al’s septics did the services please stay away from Al’s septic services, they over charge you, do not do the devices they told charge for it ant their management are not professional. I took mine time to write this review because I don’t want you to happed what I happen to me. Thanks
