Supreme customer service. Have been going to Franks Plumbing since I moved to Morgan Hill in 1974 !! Any problem you may have they will be there in a flash!!!
I have used Frank's plumbing (Jim) for 18 years now, repairs as well as new construction, and have found his work to be of highest quality, business practice honest and forthright, and his fees reasonable and competitive. He has been a rapid responder when I have had emergencies, like an old pipe in the basement breaking or the hot water heater going out on me, and has given me valuable (and free) advice whenever I take the do- it myself route. Sold me garbage disposal good product.service three times very good
Not recommend this place, Call for fixing toilet. very nice over the phone. showed up , 15 minutes later and $187 supposedly the problem solved. Still had a leak. call them back to fix the problem. He wanted to charge me for labor again, I refused. He sold me another part for two time price $ 75 and still did not fix the leak . We are calling another company!!nMay be small claim court. Talk to the owner ,he said thank you for opinion but obviously he did not care????
