The Morgan Hill store is one of the smaller home depots but they carry more product than most of the big stores just in less quantity. The personnel at this store, especially Alyssa, are amazing. I'm like other home depots, they are very friendly, and very helpful. I go out of my way to shop at this home Depot.
I hired Home Depot to install new countertops in my kitchen. They flooded my home. I was reassured that the repair costs would be paid and to date they have not.nnHome Depot is ignoring my attempts to resolve this matter.nnIn addition, be vigilant about checking the no interest financing. Look for bait and switch tactics.nnI do not recommend Home Depot at this point!
Made an order and confirmed that a side of garlic bread came with it when placing a to go order. Waitress said yes. Picked up my order, went home, and no French bread with my spaghetti. I called back and the waitress said its here. I drive back 10 min to get the rest of my orders and not an apology what so ever. This Denny's sucks. Take the time and go to Gilroy! Better service and better manners!
Great place. Only downside is that you have to hunt for an associate that can help you. I asked for help finding items a few times and was told by 2 associates that they must not have that item in stock despite the website showing it in stock. Third time was the charm because the third associate actually bothered to look up the item on a computer, walk me to the aisle, it wasn't there so took me to another aisle, and we found it.nnAlso, NEVER GO TO LOWES. They are a nightmare.
There is great customer service even in the time of a pandemic. The people there are willing to help you and the whole store is large and well ventilated. It has anything you need for construction projects and the ever growing population of people getting into gardening during covid-19. Great store, would recommend.
