Disappointed Repeat Customer. Beware of price gouging!nnI was so excited to go back to the nail salon after their reopening. I made an appointment, got my mask on and went in!nnThe prices did increase which I was ok with. I chose the Mani/Pedi Silver combo for $55. I did ask for shellac gel (which I knew was an extra charge). I usually pay $10 extra for shellac. When they were done, I went up to pay and they asked for $80. I asked why they were charging me $25 extra for shellac. They said shellac was not included in the combo. They said my manicure (no acrylics) with gel polish was $40 by itself. I felt taken advantage of. I asked for the combo and at no point did they tell me gel polish would be $25 additional. After our very uncomfortable argument over price, they settled on $70 ($15 above the combo price). I did leave a tip as well. I hope that LS Nails treats their customers better and tells them upfront what additional charges will be.nnThe manicure looks great. The pedicure looks terrible and they cut my toe nails way too short. My big toe nail is very uneven.

I work near this shop and they always fit me in and are very professional and polite.

I had an appointment at 10 am and they texted me saying I needed to move my appointment to 12 what is the point of scheduling an appointment if I can’t get in at that time? I work in the beauty industry and I never move my appointments more than 30 minutes in extreme situations. If you have appointments on your books don’t keep taking walk ins. I scheduled my appointment at a time that worked for me. I ended up not getting any service done because I had other appointments. I will not be returning here.

Do not get your lashes done here. Terrible job had to have them removed a hour later from another place. The owner does not know what she is doing when it comes to applying lashes
