Hi-Tek Nails

So the day before yesterday I had an appointment but was running late because of work so I called to let them know; they were totally fine and said it was okay. When I got there I had to wait about 20 minutes but I figured because I was late it was fine, it would just pinch my schedule a bit. Overall my nails came out great but my pointer finger (I had broken this one; acrylic) wasn’t positioned correctly and had a severe curve down and to the side; I didn’t notice until it was on and being painted and by that time I didn’t have time to ask for it to be redone and I figured it’d be okay and I’d get it fixed next time but it’s so bent that I can’t use the touch screen at my work.nI’m not super upset and will continue coming because they are always so nice and welcoming but just wish it would have been noticed by the artist and fixed, especially because there’s a charge for fixing broken nails. BUT I’ve been here multiple times and this was the only real “mess up” and other than that the service has been super great! This was a rarity and probably partially my fault but I love this shop ud83dudc9c

The people were very nice and they had good service but the nails have a lot of bubbles on top of them and one of the nails are bumpy on top. Also, the sides are a little patchy and there is nail polish on my finger. I have only had these for 4 days and I like them but they don't look very good close up.

I got pink and white acrylics and a pedicure. They did an amazing job! I was able to walk in and be helped right away. She made sure I loved all of it before she was done. I will always come here.

Henry and his staff have definitely helped me step up my nail game. Amazing art and designs love him!!!

I don't normally write reviews but I have to for this place. I haven't found a nail place I like until today. My sister in law goes here for her nails and loves them so I thought I'd try them.nShe checked multiple times to make sure I liked my nails while she was doing them and actually took the time to make sure they looked good. I will always come here to get my nails done and I'll recommend this place to anyone looking to get their nails done too. Thank you so much Hi-Tek Nails!!
