Really nice station that seems to have ignored the last 25 years of Silicon Valley craziness.
Caution! The VTA and Caltrain platforms are connected, but the Clipper Card system is not integrated. If you accidentally tag a card reader for VTA and you ride Caltrain (or vice versa), you can be issued a hefty fine.
Catch an express train if you can. That’ll make a big difference.
My first time at this Caltrain station and I saw an employee yelling at a young lady in a car. I guess she got turned around, but regardless, there was NO reason for such hostility from this employee. So rude! I won't be back to this station regardless of how clean or nice it is because there is no regard for people here, customers or not. I wish I took a picture or better yet a video. Management should definitely look into this!
Bus ticket and cal train tickets selling together, kind of confusing. Need to have more clear logo and instructions to distinguish them.
