I'm giving this company 5 stars not for what they did, but for what they didn't do. I rent out my house and my tenants contacted me about some plumbing issues. I called Superior Plumbing and they were able to head over within a few hours. The person I spoke to was courteous and professional. I was very impressed so far. I received a text a few hours later from my tenants saying that the plumber came and that there was no issue. The plumber told my tenant that probably turning all the faucets on at once was likely enough to flush out the problem.nnThe company didn't charge me anything for the visit. Nothing really needed to be done at the visit, but I do know that many plumbers charge you A LOT just for coming. The fact that Superior Plumbing didn't charge me anything for their visit, and they taught my tenants how to potentially fix future problems too. What a deal!nnThis seems to be a company that puts customer service over a quick buck. If I ever actually need a plumber, they are who I will be calling. Thank you Superior Plumbing!

Andy came out on behalf of my home warranty. They were very professional and knowledgeable. He didn’t have the component and went out of his way to procure and get the job done. Excellent company, good ethics and values. Highly recommend.

When you have a plumbing issue, you want someone to come out who is knowledgeable, professional, and forthcoming. Andy and the staff at Superior Plumbing are all the above. I had a issue with my plumbing with my old house, and Andy was willing to go above and beyond to help me out. He is clear with his reasoning and perceptive of any issues that may arise. I have only good things to say about my experience.nnI appreciated the ease of scheduling an appointment.nI appreciated the assistance from Andy with any of my questions.nI will not hesitate to use Superior Plumbing in the future, and will gladly recommend their services to any family or friends or commercial enterprises in need of phenomenal plumbing services.nnThanks Andy!!!

Christian and his partners came in with the leak detecting equipment, and narrow in on my slab leak. They tried very hard to avoid opening up my floor, and eventually the effort paid off by accessing the leak spot from outside of mynhouse and fixed it. Their patience and professionalism are top notch!
