Decent staff. Decent apartments. Great price considering it's a Seattle-Everett area aptnnEDIT:n5 Stars - JOLYN was Wonderful!!!nShe helped us out a lot and made the moving process easier.nI would recommend JOLYN for a promotion or at least recognized for her personable customer service attitude and skills.

We enjoy our stay here. So quiet and private in back of property. Office is good and 24/7 gym is nice too.nLocation is convenient, sometimes looks sketchy at night outside the gated property but things are cleaned up and addressed pretty quickly in those regards so its fair. The people that sit out there that I was worried about, the manager confirmed are just residents that smoke a lot that have started sitting out there since the property recently became a non-smoking one. So win-win.

The staff is wonderfull and very responsive/ kind, the property is very easy and we haven't had any issues with the apartment so far! Thsy leave treats out in the morning sometimes too its very sweet.nDefinitley the best apartment we've lived in so far!

A wonderful place that has become our home for 4 years! I really love this apartment complex! And I think these apartments are so good thanks to the team of people who work here!nThe maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others!
