This place is nice. It's quiet and the staff was great.nnKellie was very attentive to my needs and did everything she could to help.nnScott, the maintenance guy, was beyond great. Always helpful and making sure things got done.nAnd just an all around nice guy.

Lived here for a while and lived the property. Staff were always excellent, room was cozy, and the on-site gym was big enough for a light workout at the end of the day. Location was convenient for work at the time and grocery stores were just a short 2 minute drive. Would have stayed here longer but work did not permit. Would definitely recommend this property.

The unit has nice appliances, with acceptable spacing. Good features.Good parking spaces. Beautiful landscape.

This place is wonderful to live. The staff is helpful and amazing. I would recommend anyone to live here. I had a maintenance problem, and it was fixed without hesitation. Thank you so much for giving a place to restart my life! ud83eudd29

After being homeless for a couple months we looked and started applying for apartments, latitude was the first apartment that got back to us and approved us very fast . Office staff was GREAT with helping the moving process go smoothly. Definitely 10/10 would recommend people to live here .
