I have lived here for about 3 years and we have had lots of turnover with leasing managers. The consistent person who has made this place what it is, is the Maintenance Supervisor, Josh. You can truly tell he is passionate about the quality of what he does because it shows in how the apartment complex is maintained. He is always willing to help out and stops to say hi to the pups. You will not find a more amazing person who truly cares about making Trillium a community where this does feel like a home. Thank you for all that you do, Josh! Josh is truly an asset and he is the reason I have stayed for so long because people caring about what they do and the people can be rare at times when living in apartments.

The only person who makes this property livable is the Maintenance Supervisor, Josh. He keeps up on things and seems to want to genuinely make this property a better place. If he wasn't here the building would be a run down sewer.nnIf you want to ask a question about the apartments you're honestly better off asking a resident rather than the office management that works here, unless you want to wait a few weeks, or never hear back.nnAlso, to Pinnacle/Owners of this complex. I see you raising rent during the pandemic. Shame on you, scumbags.

Being a tenant for one and half years now , the place is lovely the managers resolve the issues in a short time frame ,the minus star is cos there’s no swimming pool and in some areas there’s no cameras, the windshield of my car was broken on the parking lot ,something have to be done with the main gate ..

Trillium is amazing. The apartments are spacious and the kitchen is hard to beat. The dog park is an added bonus for me as i have two dogs. Alyssa in the office has always been so polite and helpful. I love living at Trillium!

This is your friendly reminder that most of the reviews you read online are fake. There are multiple companies which create many fake reviews for a small fee.
