As my time here at Portsmith Apartments is coming to an end I have to leave my long overdue review! I have lived here almost 2 years (moving because I’m military). Yona in the leasing office has been wonderful since day one! Maintenance is extremely fast. Anytime I’ve had to submit a maintenance ticket it has been taken care of within 24hrs (even faster if it’s an emergency). Never had a problem with neighbors, everyone I have met has been friendly. They send out emails to keep you updated on anything going on in the community and handle complaints promptly. Landscaping is well kept. Kid friendly! My daughter and I enjoy going on walks through the neighborhood. My unit came with a garage so I never had to worry about parking. All in all, I’ve enjoyed my home away from home for the past two years! Staff makes you feel welcome in the community!

I have been living at Portsmith now for almost 2 years. I have been so impressed with Marceline, Yona, and the whole team. All of my work orders have been done well and quickly and they are doing a wonderful job keeping us updated on any issues that come up. I would 10/10 recommend Portsmith to any of my friends or family.

There was a roach in apartment w301, while I was touring. They said the apartment had been empty for a while, they definitely have an infestation

I've lived here since November of 2019 and I found the staff to be very friendly the grounds to be beautiful and maintenance issues to be taken care of in a timely mannernI highly recommend.....
