The new management is doing so well! Imelda is great. She’s super nice and has great communication. My husband and I had many issues with previous management companies and office managers over the years we were here, but Imelda really turned it around. Sort reviews by recent and you’ll see the difference. We had a top floor unit and loved the vaulted ceilings! It made the unit feel so much more open. It’s close to grocery stores and other shopping like Target. Gas station down the road is walking distance for wanting a quick snack. Overall this was a great place for us. We did out grow it and moved out, but I appreciate everything we got out of this place for four years!

Went in to inquire for a new apartment and the lady I believe her name was Ty, was so helpful and courteous. She gave me so much information to help make my decision even when I told her the place was out of my price range. I'm taking the time to write this because most people do the bare minimum as soon as they get the vibe that you'll not be renting. Good job Ty.

Excellent customer service across the board from viewing to signing the lease. Both Imelda and Tye keep on top of your application and communicate with you any changes. They certainly back up their commitment to excellence.

The new management is great, very friendly! Imelda is so helpful and she can communicate in Spanish with my mom so that’s a plus for us! Love the new and remodeled Laundry Room!!!

Friendly manager. Apartments are clean and 1 assigned parking is nice.
