It’s decent for an affordable apartment complex I had to move because me and my husband or over the income limit. The apartments are big and spacious I really like the kitchen the stainless steel appliances. The maintenance do a good job keeping the property clean despite residence not watching their kids and letting their kids make messes and not cleaning it up the maintenance is very fast at getting it cleaned up. This is a good place to be as long as you are following the rules I would prefer to not be next to the playground since it can get noisy over there with the kids and grown-ups at the smoke shack. When I had to pay rent late Jami the manager was always very understanding. The staff have always been really great with me and my disabled boys and I really appreciated that and I will miss this property!

Very unprofessional and rude staff. Very discriminatory. I apply for apartment in this complex and feel discriminated. I told them that I will have someone joining me in the apartment before the end of the lease but she is in NY for now and they said I have to add her now so when she will come then I won’t have any problem. And I asked them how the person is going to apply because she is not here and they said that they would email her the application and she would file it out and return to them which was done. After that I ask to see the apartment they gave me fake appointment 3 times and any time I ask to see the apartment they were getting made and acting rudely. And the system manager was harassing me to cancel the application. She told me that I can’t see the apartment if the second applicant is not here even though I’m the main applicant and said that it’s Washington State law. I can’t move in either and also can’t remove the second applicant. She created a law that doesn’t exist just to refuse showing me the apartment. And they asked me to cancel what I have completely rejected because their policy says if you cancel you will not receive your holding deposit back. Finally they cancel without showing me the apartment and refuse to refund my deposit. They are the ones who told me to add the person even though she is not here and finally they are using the fact that “she is not here” as a reason to cancel my application and keep my money just because they don’t want a black man getting their apartment.nThey did all these things to get me upset and cancel because my background was clean and they have any reason to refuse me the apartment and I have understood that in the beginning because they were not communicating with me when they need more information. I have to drive there and ask if they need anything then they said yes they forgot to call me. I did that 3 times.nRude and robbers are these people. If you are planning to apply in here please save your deposit for your moving expenses by applying somewhere else and you don’t want to see your money robbed.

I was gonna get an apartment unit with them. They told me to pay $240, $40 for background check and refundable $200 to hold the unit until I get approved. For some reason I didn’t get approved and they never returned me $200. I went there 5 times in time frame of 6 months to tell them to pay me $200 back, every time they said that they will call me once money will be processed through their company. Its been a year now and I gave up going there and asking for my money. I never received my money back. They do that with every family that dont get approved. Dont even try going there to find a place to live!
