Writing this review during the 2020 pandemic. They limit contact time at their office, then you would think giving them a call should be able to talk to them right? Wrong!! From morning til evening, I gave them multiple phone calls and all go to voicemail. Guessing they are super busy renting out apartments during the pandemic. Even better, the manager is the worst, rude and cut-off. I would say the maintenance guy is way nicer than she is. Also, I rent the a 1-bedroom but barely there at all. They will charge you a flat rate of trash and sewer for about $25 each even though you don't stay there. Adding on top of those, you'll get charged for billing and processing fees every month you pay rent. Save yourself the hassle, go rent somewhere else.

Could never hear the neighbors unless they were outside talking on stairs.nOwners leave the windows completely open for extremely long time so if your allergic to pollen youll have a field day at these apartments.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The druggies coming and going all hours of the day and night or dropping their needles along the sidewalk. Office staff.. LOL - they're condescending, rude and unprofessional, don't bother going to them for anything. I've met some great neighbors though.

Tell us we have five grace days to pay rent then we go in on the fifth and they tell us it’s late and they can’t accept our payment because it isn’t a money order, gives us to late fees because we cant get a money in the time they close. What’s the point of having grace days if you’re not gonna abide by them. Keep in mind they were closed on the the First and Fourth.
