The top of the parking structure on a maxfiekd Parrish day during shelter at home was pretty epic.
The station is clean and nicely located near Sunnyvale Downtown, but it might not be easy to find a parking space.nnI luckily found the last one when I drove there late in the morning on a weekday. The elevator was slow, and the two ticket vending machines in front of the lot were occupied. So my family and others needed to rush onto a train. When I returned in the evening, I found the lot remained full.
Caltrain in California!
Clean, open space Caltrain station, all trains stop here, including the bullet train. Parking space available. Unfortunately when we were here (around 11am on a weekday) , there was no information counter open or any service staff to help guiding visitors.
Has seating along both sides of the platform, and good for handicap as well to board trains. Some covered area to sit but only on Southbound side. There is a public restroom but not too clean. A lot of parking but give yourself at least 10-15 min to find parking since spaces do fill up. (Would have a 5 if bathroom was cleaner or have toilet paper stocked)
