My husband and I had an accident 5:30AM Saturday, November 1, on our way to the San Jose Airport. Although we were not hurt, the car was undrivable and needed to be towed. Officers Alvaro and Heraldson came to our aide within minutes of our pulling the care over to the side of the road. They hastened the arrival of the AAA towing truck and then took us to the airport just in time to make our flight. They were kind, respectful, and professional. We are grateful to them and to the California Highway Patrol.

It's 8:14am been calling them for 14mins going to voicemail stating they opened at 8am but no answer then a hang up.......... glad its not a POLICE MATTER
