pipe camera inspection.nBasically did the job right (after I requested further push the camera pass through the city's clean-out).nThe explanation is good enough for the person without knowledge, like me. However, my friend is plumber, discussed with him after inspection and found out inspector can provide more information.nClear and detail information should help customer make the right decision quick.nOK work but could be good/great easily.

Very friendly and helpful staff.... parking lots is very tight though and very hard to navigate, as a delivery person with a big vehicle I found it complicated but, not impossible. Also, great looking bunch.

Exorbitant quotes, dont hire. They quoted $900 for valve trim replacement, they charged $150 visit fee just to take a look at the valve. Clearly they didn't want the work but then wanted the $150 anyways.

I used EJ Plumbing many times in the past, and had been happy for what I was getting. Recently, I recommended them to a friend for small plumbing job and 2 of their plumbers showed up and asked for 1200 for the job. which my very unhappy friend refused. luck had it that I have the need of plumbing repair and decided to call them for services. Again 2 of their plumbers showed up. From watching them, one of them is still in early stage of apprenticeship. They also quoted me for a lot of $$$, I was in a very tuff situation that I did not think I can get someone to help in a hurry, I bargained for 10% off.nAfter talking to other plumbers, I realized that the other experienced plumber actually did not know much about how the plumbing is done for situation like mine.nAnyway, if 2 plumbers show up for you small to medium job, it is more than likely that you are being bilked.nI strongly recommended that you don't hire them for you job.

I've used EJ plumbing for three different jobs now, all have met a standard of high quality work. I've had a water shut off and hose connection installed, a dual quarter turn hose connection installed, a toilet water shut off valve installed and some parts replaced on a toilet. The first two were installed over 5 years ago and I have had no issues. Additionally my friends in the trade have commented on the level of work. The prices seem a little high at first, but in this case you get what you pay for, so I consider it worth it, especially because the longevity of my house hinges on such repairs being done well. All the technicians that I have interacted with were extremely kind, answered all my questions, were respectful to my home, took care to clean up, and even showed me the work they were doing and explained various processes to me. I highly recommend this company, I only contact them to respond to my plumbing needs.
