Friendly employees, cozy clean store. Best cranberry and white chocolate cookies ever!! Good sandwiches, too.
After picking up my sandwich ordered online with specific orders, and returned to work it was made totally wrong. I asked that it be toasted with the mustard, onions and banana peppers. Nope! Nor did ask for lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and green peppers which I hate. Being a former Sandwich Artist for Subway for 4+ years, I was extremely disappointed and probably won't return.
This is the 3rd time, I have visited. Never greet me or my child. They are always stand off-ish. They don’t offer a bag, they don’t cut my sandwiches in-half, the bread is usually flat... I mean I could settle for all the flat bread if they were at the very minimum at least nice. As soon as they give you the sandwich they retreat to the back ... never to be seen again. I feel like I’m in a movie that is parodying bad customer service...
They finally had gluten free bread to offer! My sandwich maker, Nagisa (wonderful sandwich-maker), took their time and listened to exactly what I wanted. My sandwich was actually very tasty.
The place was clean, the service was quick and the food was great. It's one of the better Subway locations. There wasn't a very long wait, so we were out with our food as soon as we came in. I would recommend this Subway location.
