I went to Lowe’s in Sunnyvale to set an appointment getting an estimate for kitchen and 2 baths remodel.nOnce inside store, at kitchen galleries where there are few offices which did not see or find anyone. I went tonCashiers and ask for talking to someone and nobody knows about it. I ask for manager, nobody was there.nCashiers were talking and socializing with each other while there is a line of people waiting to ring them up.nI called them an hour later, nobody picks up the phone. I was thinking why should I spend my money ($100,000) budget for my remodel at a store that are not there to help and most probably is running by idiots??!!.... professionalism, reliability, respect and customer service is ZERO.....0000000.....
Easy for returns
I ordered refrigerator at store and they confirmed delivery by phone and text but did not deliver on promised date and time. There was no communication of delay or cancellation. There is no surprise why these retail stores are going out of business. online stores are bestnnUpdated-nnNext day store manager Chad acknowledged store mistake and scheduled earliest delivery for better model on same price.. Do not count on help for any reason! Their staff seems to lack the skills to help someone, not even knowing placement of items! But their staff I can say seems to know how to roll a joint! It seems! Have no problem walking past you even as you try to speak to them and you better bring your own cart inside 2 or 3 times I have been at this store never a cart inside!
The customer service people at this location seem very lost about what how anything works. You will spend a long time there until they just run around to figure out how they can excuse themselves from not knowing anything. If Lowes wants to last in this area, they should hire capable people.
