Simply Green Plumbing

Me and my wife wanted to downsize to save money in a high priced bay area. We went a little extreme, and went from 1000sqft to 250sqft. We didn't mind the space, but we were worried we wouldn't have a washer or dryer and have to resort to a laundromat.nnWe thought, maybe we could could buy a washer/dryer combo lg + small dishwasher and hook it up to the sink? There is room for it. So I called this company to see if it could be done, and if so, how.nnWhen I called this company and Hilary answered the phone. She was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. When I told her what I needed, she forwarded me to Russell. He told me to give him the run down of what I needed. Russell worked with me on pricing to get me a good rate. After Russell heard what I needed, he sent Dave over to the little cottage we have behind a house. The employee was very friendly, COVID-19 compliant with a mask on, and knowledgable. He inspected the house for a while to see where we could drain the washer/dryer/dishwasher. Dave forwarded all this information back to Hilary, and she coordinated with some Field Technicians who came over to hook everything up. Our particular dishwasher does not recommend constant pressure, so we needed some custom things done. We also wanted a valve on the dishwasher that was BY the dishwasher, not the source of the water (under the sink).nnGerardo and Jose came over (also COVID-19 compliant with masks) within hours (same day!) to do the installation. They did an incredible job. They got everything my wife wanted, AND they made it look pretty good!nnOverall, I am extremely satisfied and will use them again in the future for any and all plumbing issues!nnNote* The pictures are shown immediately after installation, we will definitely do some decoration and hide the piping and such).

Dave and his crew are efficient, and highly competent professionals. They kept me appraised of their progress, they finished the job quickly , and they did excellent work. You can count on them for a careful evaluation of the problem, and they will let you know of recommended repairs in a friendly manner without any pressure. The office staff is very friendly and responsive also. Highly recommended for your plumbing needs!

I am usually forget to write reviews, but if I have an experience either way, I make sure to.. this has initially been an outstandingly positive experience! I called Simply Green yesterday for a mix of emergency to identify a leak & also already know plumbing issues. My call was immediately answered versus answering machine by other plumbing companies I've called in past. Rosy, who I spoke to, was both incredibly compassionate, as well as, responsive. Not only did she give me accurate information..trying to get me in ASAP that day, she called to find out if I was available as a Rec became available sooner, then called again as I couldn't. Later, in following up, I spoke with Hilary the phone and had the same excellent level of response & follow up. Now to the technician, Dave..again, absolutely awesome. Evaluating issues, being clear about what the issues are, wanting to work with me due to travel & timing constraints to prioritize what could be done & breaking estimates into what I may want to sooner due to urgency versus later. Scheduling & again always following up and checking work is in line with our needs & wants. Absolutely, in 25yrs as a home owner, best plumbing interaction. So, I'm for once taking time to write a review. 5 stars!

After hiring several plumbers, Simply Green has been hands down the most honest, skilled and friendly plumbing services I’ve ever used. I highly recommend them to everyone!
