We recently had to replace our Tankless tank. Being out of hot water unexpectedly really is a drag. After having to spend that day going over reviews of different potential products/services and phoning for quotes and availability, I came across Just Tankless. Compared to the other businesses I researched, they had the best option for us. But what really blew me away was, the kindest worker, Al, showed up by 2 pm the very next day. The whole deed was done in a timely manner and the work was excellent. I highly recommend Just Tankless!
Wanted to switch to tankless water heating since our tank water heater started making loud sounds and leaking. Researched all brands and settled on Rinnai and called Rinnai for their recommendation on installation company. They recommended Just Tankless, specializing in Tankless Water Herters and certified by Rinnai. Called them and they gave me a quote over the phone after asking a few questions, no sales pressure. I called another company and found Just Tankless was cheaper by few hunderd dollars and were offering the top heater as well. Al and his technician came the next day and installed the unit and explained everything. I wish more contractors would be this knowledgeable in what they do and so easy to deal with. Just Tankless earned our 5+++ rating. Recommend highly.
Our water heater started leaking so we were in need of a new one. We already decided that our next one would be a tankless. There are many brands but we were set in Rinnai, a Japanese brand with a long history and widely used in Asia. It came with wifi capability, we added a recirculation pump also. We can use Alexa to control the heater if necessary. Al From Just Tankless was able to come out next day and install a new one. While they may not be the cheapest (perhaps by a couple hundred dollars at most) service was excellent. Install took a little over 4 hrs due to the tight space in our garage. Al cleaned up after which eas was a bonus. Water heater has been working well.
After a phone conversation with my husband about the symptoms, was able to show up with part to fix immediately! No waiting days or weeks with no hot water for a part to be shipped.nVery professional and on time!nThe right place to call for the repair!!
My water heater was 16 years old. I had an odd situation with my furnace blocking the heater. The owner of Just Tankless was able to remove the old heater and install a new tankless in the same day. There was not one scratch on our walls. They kept us up to date during the entire process. They showed us what they were doing and why. We are extremely pleased with Just Tankless. Their responsiveness and quality of service is outstanding!
