A consistently good experience. Employees are attentive and plentiful. The supplies and interior are all in great condition. Prices are reasonable. They have a good selection of outdoor pottery. I see myself coming here regularly.
If you come here and didn't find what you are looking for, don't bother ordering from this store. I made a mistake ordering from this store. I ordered some items on a Sunday and they told me I should get my items in couple of days. I got them in couple of weeks. I should've ordered from Amazon. I believe in supporting local stores. But if the local store doesn't treat their customer well, forget it. I'm not coming back.
Glad this Ace reopened in Willow Glen! This Ace is really a much more pleasant experience than the bigger stores when you need a quick piece of hardware. Helpful and friendy staff always there to serve with patience. Quick no fuss check-out also.
