Great product!nHowever, employees including Asst. Manager don’t listen. Twice within a week with two different employees, I asked for 5 cans of paint and both times they showed up at my car with one 5 gallon can. The first time I figure it was a mis-communication. The second time, I made it clear that I wanted 5 cans.nThe Asst manager told me that “when a customer says 5, it means a big 5 gallon can.nI’m 62 years old, with heart surgery.nIf he wasn’t sure, he should have asked instead of incessantly talking and not listening to the customer.
Clean store, helpful, friendly staff. Paid very close attention to details to get paint color just right. Then informed me of the AAA discount! Helped a lot! Thanks!
Great service, good paint and very expensive but just like in the Hot Rod world where the saying goes “there’s no substitute for cubic inches” there is also no substitute for quality. Quality always cost more but in the long run ends up saving you money and frustration.nKelly-Moore Paints not only sells paint but all the products you need to prep your paint project like rollers, scrapers, tape, drywall mud and sealer “just to name a few.nPro tip you can bring in your old discarded paint to this location to have it recycled.
No one at the desk to help, people are answering phones first instead of helping present customers, wont price match Home Depot. Go to a different location, this one isnt helpful to say the least.
