Be Well Massage Skin Care Spa

This was my second time going to this spa. I have loved both treatments I've received - massage and a facial. Cynthia was the esthetician who performed my facial and it was incredible. She was very knowledgeable, made the facial custom to my skin, and helped answer all my questions. I'm excited for my skin to be amazing again and can't wait to go back.

Just wanted to note how appreciative I am of their customer service. Had a miscommunication that lead me to be charged for a service that I wasn’t receiving during the Covid-19 lockdown (so approximately 4 1/2 months). They graciously gave me a full refund without question and offered me additional services. Leanne always goes out of her way to make sure customers are well cared for.

Beautiful inside. Very sweet front desk. Very accommodating. Owner seems to genuinely care about clients wellness. Bee is a wonderful and healing light and massage practitioner, extremely grateful for her. Monica rocks at waxing and being an amazing positive person. Michael really knows his stuff and does some serious therapeutic work in his massage. Kaylee is super adorable, didn't receive services from her, but am sure she's great.

Have been a client for 6/7 years. No more.nUnprofessional staff. Unreliable massage therapist..nBait and switch for appointments. Doesn’t answer phone. Facials are subpar. Noise during massage extensive! Not well sound Proofed.nTheir membership program needs to be double checked. Found errors.nSo disappointed in this (Spa). Not worth it.

I had a Groupon for myself and my mom when I went. We went on a Saturday for a facial and met Katrina. She was amazing! Both myself and my mom really enjoyed our experience. Katrina talked to me about different things I could do to improve my skin, we talked the entire time, felt like we had been friends for years. This was a very nice & clean Spa! I’m glad I found it. I will definitely be going back.
