Drigo was very quick and responsive. Had excellent knowledge and explained all findings and needs. Both very efficient and practical with the best price. I had an old secondary pipeline that was very rusted and needed replacement, part of the pipe was underground and he was able to come in with a second person to dig it up and replace it all. Tested everything and cleaned up all within half a day.

Drigo was a great professional and kind man. Incredibly responsive to a gas leak issue we were having, was able to fix within 24 hours of initial contact. Incredibly knowledgeable, and willing share all that info. Pipes are looking fantastic and we feel much safer now. A big thank you to him and the Quality plumbing team!

Quality Plumbing & Drain Service are our go-to company whenever our 1950s house develops some plumbing issue due to its age. Each time Drigo has arrived promptly and was able to quickly diagnose the issue, explain the root cause to us, and fix the problem in a timely manner.nOver the years he's replaced an old bathtub leaky pipe, unclogged our shower pipes and improved our garage sink plumbing as it was prone to clog from time to time. So happy with the end result of each of these instances as each component he worked on hasn't given us trouble since!

This is the second time that Drigo came to help unclog a drain. It just so happens that something goes wrong with the house when we're hosting guests! This time it was the kitchen sink. I had boiled a pot of water with some detergent and the clog wouldn't budge. All I did was warm up the house during the heatwave haha. Drigo picked up right when I called and was able to come by within 30-45 minutes. He was fast, courteous and professional. He wore proper PPE and kept his mask on in the midst of a heatwave. Thank you Drigo!

Very outstanding and efficient service . I called in late in the afternoon to a rather quick response to be consulted about my leakage and ongoing complicated problems downstairs. Very pleased as I was answered very clearly with what the process was going to entail. Mr Drigo came in a few minutes later and was really professional and polite about everything and fixed our problem swiftly. I'm glad to have found this service and will not be looking back to my other previous plumbing services again :) Quality plumbing indeed.
