Manny is a really personable, nice and funny guy, but also very professional, really knows what he is doing and is reasonable with both price and time. I highly recommend him. He did a great job and I will hire him again. He also does General Contracting so we have already begun talking about some other projects with him. HIRE this guy - he is legit!
Manny did an outstanding job. My hot water heater broke and he responded quickly to the request and replaced the old water heater with a new one. He was extremely friendly, fast, and courteous. Thank you, Manny. When I need more work done, I know who to call -> Manny.
The thermostat on the water heater at the restaurant that I manage broke the other day. I called Manny for an estimate and he was very quick with his response. Not only that, he was very patient with me all day as I continued to call him back with questions about different possible solutions. He was very thorough and precise with his answers. And he had the lowest bids by far! We ended up fixing the heater ourselves, but he has definitely been added to our Rolodex as our plumber!
Manny reconfigured the rough plumbing in my laundry room and I was very happy with his work. He did what he said he would do for the price he said he would do it for.
This is the 2nd time Manny saved me and the family. Water heater stopped working, parts were no longer being made. Manny hooked me up and got me a new water heater in an hour later. Thank you so much, I appreciate how you take care of your customers that call out of no where to ask for help now..
