Went in to get a a key for my Honda cut. Couldn't have had better service. The key didn't work the first few times and the shop adjusted it for me. They even explained why it might not be working since I have older locks.

Had an unusual task that other shops shied away from. These guys took an honest crack at it with options and advice along the way.nMy problem called for a different field of expertise, however I am impressed and wish to express my gratitude for their effort and most importantly, Honesty.
I called ahead to see if they would copy a car key with a transponder, but I wasn’t sure if my key had one, since I have an older car. The person I talked to looked it up, and told me it was an option on my model. He was transparent about what it would cost either way, and when I went to the store to actually get the copy, they gave me a blank key to try in my car to ensure it worked. It did, and I got the copies I needed in five minutes or so. The staff are friendly, and seem to be committed to providing good service. Five stars, I have no complaints whatsoever.
Bad experience customer service was terrible...nJust had to walk out
