Tracy is awesome! She found us some good quality tenants quickly that we know will take good care of our property giving my wife and I peace of mind. She has been managing our property very well for about 1 year and 3 months so far keeping us up to date with all the things that she is doing and any problems that arise are resolved quickly. Receiving rental income is a breeze as well handled through automatic statement delivery through the online portal.nnOverall, I highly recommend Tracy and Katherine from Real Estate Gladiators. They get the job done efficiently, and with high quality results, and I feel they genuinely care about every property they manage as if it was their own.

We were initially hesitant to work with property management companies for our rental property. We weren't 100% sure about the value we could rent for, but felt we would be able to find renters, get under contract ourselves. We wanted to have control over maintenance decisions. After being burned by a few different renters we decided to give it a try.nAfter speaking with Tracy and her team and learning about their flexibility we decided to give it a go. The team is awesome, friendly, professional and efficient. They were able to get our home rented within a week of listing it with quality renters who are taking great care of our home. (Our neighbors have told us they are happy with them as well) During the uncertain times of Covid, we are so thankful to have a team of experts navigating the rental space for us. We spend less time and energy worrying about our rental, and more time with our family.

The remain on top of the tenants and have a very good program to assure the property is properly maintained with regular inspections. We are very happy with their ability to place qualified tenants.

I moved into my rental just as things were getting locked-down due to COVID-19. The entire application, approval, and move-in was facilitated in a professional manner with no personal contact. It was rather amazing how it all came together! Every email and text I sent got an immediate response. I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism I have experienced with Real Estate Gladiators.
