Rick is our usual guy, he is very punctual and respectful of our home. Rick is just simply awesome he fixed our problem in less than 5 minutes and even explained to us what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. 10/10 would recommend Rick and Tavor Plumbing to all my family and friends

Have had Rick from Tavor Plumbing come to our place twice recently for plumbing problems. First plumbing issue was for a loud high pitched noise after flushing (tip: check the water inline valve first - easy fix, and Rick was kind enough not to make fun of me). Second time was to help connect a new sink to an old/rusty water outflow pipe and replace a running toilet (tip: check the flapper is sitting flush inside the toilet tank). Both times, Rick was very punctual, friendly, and walked me through what he was doing so I could learn how to fix some basic things myself next time. Will call Rick again!
Rick was quite pleasant as he dispatched the clog in my kitchen sink drain. He took time to review the layout of, and test, the drain system to determine the location of the pesky clog. After sending it on its way, he gave me a clear understanding of the cause, which involved a fundamental flaw in the installation, and ways to avoid the problem going forward. In my view, Rick demonstrated solid experience in plumbing and customer service. Thanks Rick!
