Subway

Stopped into this subway for a late lunch as I was passing through town where I encountered Deborah at the counter. She was upbeat and gave a friendly hello, was quick to take my order, and we exchanged some pleasant conversations as she made my sandwich. In and out I was back on the road in no time! Thanks for the quick and friendly service today Deborah as it’s greatly appreciated and way to be a rockstar!!!!

Had a fantastic employee named matthew working closing the other day and he was really nice and made my sandwich perfectly

Don’t order curbside pick up. It doesn’t come to the curb and it took them 20 minutes longer than the said time. The sandwiches were made correctly and tasted great.

Mobile ordered two sandwiches. Picked up and went home and neither sandwich was remotely close to what they were supposed to be. Went back and was refused a refund. Other subways in Monroe 200% better than this one. Never returning.

When me and my family ordered here, all of our sandwiches were cold. I know this doesn't seem big but when you have chicken, bacon, and cheese on your sandwich, it is very important to have it hot.nNow with quarantine going on, and everyone ordering online, subway should be paing more attention to quality control.
