Jersey Mike's Subs

From the moment I stepped into Jersey Mike's I felt very welcomed and the atmosphere is very upbeat. The sandwiches are made with care and are quick and filling. I wanted to shoot a special thank you out to David and Monica and Mary for doing their best and going above and beyond. I haven't been eating there for very long but I love it and will keep coming back!

Went in to buy a sandwich. I was wearing a mask. If I pull it up too far. It'll steam up my glasses. I was refused service by a kid wearing a grotesque clown mask because I wouldn't pull the mask over my nose. Good greif!! Is this your policy? Or a power tripping employee? I understand that masks are required to do business right now. Seems like you're taking it a bit farther. I would love a response. I really love your food. But as it stands now. Not coming back.

I was very pleased with the way Kelvin was keeping his cool as I was watching him with a young gal he worked with as you could tell she was really just up setting him she kept telling him you have online orders coming and he had to keep telling me to hold on I was in no hurry at all but you could just tell he was very annoyed at the fact his coworker would not help him and kept putting all the pressure on him. I give it to him he’s great!! He’s always so nice when my kids and I come in very welcoming.
