Shepherd's was at my house quickly, answered all of my questions and helped me understand the best way to optimize my existing heating system. They made suggestions about the minor steps I could take first before I decide to commit to a bigger project to make my system efficient. Every other company had told me I needed to replace everything and quoted a huge project. I really appreciate the honesty and straight forward assessment they gave me and trust I am in good hands.

Wow! We were thrilled to have Shepherd's Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning come and install our new sink faucets, and our central heat and air, toilet, and shower in our bathroom addition that was finished in late February of 2020. We are still very pleased with their product recommendations and quality install as of October of 2020. The men who came out to our property were kind, hard workers, and were very respectful of property. I would highly recommend them to friends, family, and acquaintances. We have had zero problems with the products and the systems run smoothly. The best part is the peace of mind knowing that this project is set to last a long time and stay in good condition because of the quality. Thank you.

We had a problem with a fairly new AC unit that we've had a few years. It started acting up and we needed it fixed. Shepherd's got to us quickly and professionally took care of our need. AC is working great now. Boom! Done and that's how I like it - drama free.

We had a flood and Shepherd's handled all the replacement installations of our heater, water heater, air conditioner, ducts and vents. They are very professional, staff is personable and communicative about what they are doing, work was top notch and done in a timely manner. They were recommended by our contractor.

Shepherd Plumbing Heating and Air has done several jobs for me, always with great results. They are highly knowledgeable and skilled, doing very high quality work at an excellent value. One project they did for me corrected the poor work of a previous plumber resulting in much improved performance. They know their craft and will suggest multiple solutions if you are budget conscious. They also have high integrity, and will not “sell” you work you don’t need. Highly recommend!
