Knowledgeable staff and quality products. A whole different experience than the box stores. Maybe priced a bit higher, but there is no comparison since the lumber quality is completely different (better) here. I don't have to pick my lumber out, I had a look at the rack, they loaded and delivered. Delivery is free over $500, so have a few extra items in mind in case you come up short.
Bruce Bauer is The Best Customer experience I have ever received! From a phone call to an on line chat that made me feel as if they were at my front door. Within two hours of my order Bruce Bauer delivered 4,800 pounds of dry cement so that my restaurant could could build a safe parklet area to survive Covid. Doing business here for 30 years great service. Need help just ask them... Great window department. Very knowledgeable people. They have everything you need from lumber, hardware,decking, windows and doors. Can't say enough about this place!!
I placed an order for 5 pieces of lumber for a seeing set online using the chat window on their website. It was super easy! It was ready for pick up later in the day. Miguel from the warehouse loaded it all in my car for me and told me they have home delivery too! I'm not a contractor, and they were very patient and kind with me. I'll be going back as soon as I have anything else to buy.
