Ordered a cabot oil based stain online. Apparently they didn't have it, didn't get a call about it and was only told when I arrived in store. These companies still haven't figured out how to work in the internet age. Employees are friendly enough, but please cover your nose with your masks when you come within 6 ft of a customer. I have family that can't risk catching the covid.
Manager (or superviser) made snide remarks about my color choices (yes they were dark colors) thinking I couldn’t hear him. He then noticed I was listening but pretended nothing happened...the employees of the store were helpful though!nnJust be careful, if you choose the wrong color the manager might start talking trash about you.

It's clear this store is oriented for professional paint contractors v. average consumers. I asked for help from the two staff members when the store was empty. They were mixing paint, and asked me to wait a few minutes. 20 minutes later & they'd moved on to other customers - contractors - and neglected to follow up with me. They weren't unfriendly or anything, just the opposite of helpful.
The Account Manager, Store Manager and staff are kind and always helpful.nnGreat job!
