They have been to my house numerous times in the past 10 plus yrs. and their prices were by the hour. On this occasion they had a simple snake job and were here no more than 30 minutes. They now charge $89.00 to evaluate the problem even though you know what the problem is. The total bill for the just to snake was $494.90. Almost $500.00 for 30 minutes. This is outrageous. I left a message for them with my concerns right after the job and no one called me back. There worker said they were complying with a new State Law. I never found such a law. Being a senior this cost was something that I could not afford. I felt very trapped. If you have these issues with this company I would report it. I would check other places before you hire them.

This company is GREAT! I cannot say enough good things about them. Twice I’ve called them during plumbing emergencies and they’ve been super responsive with great prices. Once I had a flood from my hot water heater, they showed up and replaced it that day. This last time I had an awful smell that we thought might be a plumbing problem. Called them at 4pm, they showed up the next morning, determined the issue, and fixed it! That’s what I call VALUE and totally trustworthy.

VERY SHADY COMPANYnnThese guys showed up to our home unbooked. They called my husband saying they were at our home (nothing scheduled - owner was supposed to call my husband to schedule something and instead just had his workers show up without ever letting us know).nnTheir job was very shoddy. Loose ends not tied up and they ACTUALLY HAD THE NERVE TO USE MY HUSBAND’S MATERIAL!! something they should have had with them.nnMy husband had called the company when the guys showed up at the house. The owner answered and was very rude and arrogant. He threatened to pull the guys off the job and basically made it seem like he was too good of a “tradesman” to be listening to my husband concerns.nnWhen they left our home they even signed a bare beam that we had a friend sign for other reasons. Completely ruined our memories.nnNo offer of providing a contract, no estimate of work provided prior, just forced into work and told we’d receive an invoice.nnOwner had the nerve to say that he told my husband how much the job would be- without even looking at our place or asking questions.nnRude and unprofessional. Will be complaining to the licensing board and better business bureau.
