Jorge showed up and was very nice and courteous. He cleared our shower drain quickly and had booties on and a mask. The setup was easy- got a quote on Yelp, gave them my number and people got back to me the next day and it was in the correct range at the time of billing. Very satisfied with the service. Haven't used the shower yet but we have 90 days, so that definitely puts me at ease.

Jonathan the owner was responsive & professional. He provided a cost range for the job prior to setting up the appointment and let me know about a site visit charge that goes towards the total cost of the job. He took the time to answered my clarification request and did so in a kind manner. Great customer service which is much appreciatedI. I then received my appointment confirmation with a 2 hours window.nnChris called me to let me know he was 15 minutes out. Chris & his colleague were on time and efficient with resolving my clogged shower/tub. They came ready to tackle any drainage issues with al their equipments, they only needed the small equipment and were in and out with 45 minutes. They used mask and shoe covering and gloves during their visit.nnIt’s my impression that Jonathan and his tech have a great supportive working relationship. I appreciate a company that takes care of their employees. I would use Oro Pros for future jobs and happily refer them to friends and family in the area!.

Chris is a friendly and professional technician. He is patient with me to answer all the question about the situation. He and his teammate are very professional and they fixed the issue fast with excellent result. Highly recommend!

Our restaurant basement flooded in Nov 2019 and again in Feb 2020. Turns out the city pipe was broken, but Oro Pro was resourceful and considerate to ensure the best work was done at different stages to ensure restaurant and tenants could operate to avoid additional financial hardship. Despite having other larger/lucrative project; the COVID Shelter in Place; permit dept. closed, and the rain; they finally completed the work 6/3/20. A lot of the work had to be subcontracted, but thankfully the estimate is what we ended up paying for. No surprise additional costs since my husband (retired contractor) supervised the entire project. We are happy and relieved this large expense is behind us and we recommend them as an honest, hardworking, and professional plumbing service. Thank you to all at Oro Pro.

Recently I purchased a bidet attachment for my toilet and attempted to install it myself on my very old toilet. During installation I must have broken something which caused a serious leak from the tank. I had to turn the water supply off and had NO use of the restroom. Disaster!! I reached out to Oro Pro Plumbing and they were able to provide service immediately. I even received a text when they were close by for my appointment. The gentleman who arrived was fast, efficient and friendly. Also very mindful of current COVID-19 protocols. I would 100% use their services in the future and recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Thanks!!
