Got my nails done here on Sunday, I needed a fill on my acrylic nails that had dip on them. Yes they were busy and I had no problem waiting, they had told me the wait time was 15 minutes. After waiting almost 45 minutes, they finally started on my nails. I had three different people work on my nails within the first 15 minutes. The used the buzzer, like most places, but they used the buzzer on my nails for a little over an hour. My nails were hot and hurting. Finally get to painting my nails, I thought they did a pretty good job with that. Until, at home 4 and 1/2 hours later the shellac started chipping. Called the next morning, they could not refund me (understandable), told me to come back in for them to fix it. I informed them I would not be back in town until Wednesday and asked if it would be alright for me to come in then. They declined and told me I would have to come in on Tuesday or before if I wanted it fixed. ONE DAY DIFFERENCE. I will go else where to get it fixed. I read through many reviews before coming here and expected much better. Cheap prices for a cheap job that doesn't last. I will NEVER go back here again.

First time I've been there. Service was great. Would give 5 star but have to see if my nails last. Michael was really pleasant & made me feel real comfortable

Absolutely love this place! Jenna is a miracle worker with my hair. The ONLY reason I had to find a new salon was because I moved out of state. I would be telling lies if I said that I didn’t contemplate flying back to WA just to get my hair done!

Best customer service! Got a pedicure & full set of acrylics. Love my nails & had a great time in the salon. Will for sure be going back again & will recommend this place to anyone looking for a nail salon! Thank you team at Glamor nails for making my day✌ud83cudffb✨
