We feel extremely fortunate to have found Bailey Farm and be able to be residents to such a great community, these homes are stunning! Annamarie was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond to assist. Upon doing a few apartment viewing she knocked it out of the park and we feel in love with this community, and knew this would be our place we call home. It’s extremely well maintained and spacious, the offerings are above expectations. Not to mention the surrounding views being in nature, even the neighbors are kind and respectful.nnDon’t look any further Bailey Farm is everything you’ll desire for your home

We love it here! The community is beautiful and it is so close to all of the necessary shopping places we need. The staff and people all around are so friendly! The apartment itself was very clean and felt inviting.

Management has been incredibly helpful and resourceful during this extraordinary time.nnCommunity is something you can come home to every night an feel a slight sense of calm. Noise is a relative low aside from the occasional fast and furious folks on the highway.nnThe only issue I have is a two fold issue. I wish people understood the concept of breaking down boxes to maximize recycle space. Also that we had a community page to post stuff we are.gettimg rid of instead of letting it get damaged by the elements near the dumpster.

I really like the apartment. There is a ton of storage. The 1:1 is an awesome layout. The only complaint I would have is that even tho it’s a smoke free residence, I can still smell other tenants smoking. It’s been in the 80s the past few weeks and I can’t sleep with my window open without my bedroom smelling like cigarette smoke at night.

I love being a part of Bailey Farms. The staff is always nice and welcoming, the amenities are well kept, and neighbors are kind and considerate. There is always enough parking. Maintenance needs are minimal and always met in a timely manner. This is a well managed complex and my experience has been great!nThe only negative comment I have is the noise of the location. If you can get an apartment that faces the wetland then I'm sure this isn't a problem. My apartment faces the road and there are many cars that drive by so if my balcony door is open in the evening, it will get loud. There is also this weird grinding noise that I hear every night in the summer. It is pretty far off in the distance but loud enough to hear. Not sure where this comes from.
