when I moved in, I thought it was nice close to shopping locations, and schools. The girls in the office especially lindsay promoted a down to earth, community environment which sold me. maitenence are respectful, and chill, playground could use work though.

The apartment are only ok, but Lindsey and Nicole who work at the office are awesome! They are very prompt and so is maintenance.

Finding a new home is never fun, but Lindsay and the team at Martha Lake Apartments have made the process an enjoyable one. From recommending entertainment and food options, to the seem-less communication through-out the application and lease signing process; I would highly recommend at least scheduling a tour. Thank you again to Lindsay and her team for helping me find my new home.

Biggest problem here? Parking.. not only do you only get one parking spot but anyone can park in your spot at any time.. better yet if you tell management about it they'll laugh it off until whoever was parked there moves their vehicle.. so you'll be looking to park on the street often.. if that's your thing? Go for it if not this is not good.. not at all.
