This home was sold less than two weeks ago. Redfin had its estimate at $385,000. Now Redfin has it estimated at $352,000. $33K dropped within 8 days. How can Redfin justify that drop of price? Something is malicious here. Redfin is apparently tricking home owners by manipulating their values... We shall make sure all sellers and buyers knows this...
