Two of the people I've dealt with were great. Most of them however were awful, rude, arrogant, and unwilling to help. Our maintenance issues have never been solved, no one has ever even been sent out to look at them. Our locks were changed with no notice at all and no way to get the keys when I realized that my key didn't work. They office was closed when I got home and I had to pound on a neighbors window to get them to let me into the building, while I was carrying a sleeping baby and stranded outside. They made no attempt to reach out to me before or after changing the locks. I found the new key in my mailbox, but I'm still not sure how they expected me to get into the building.nThe agent I dealt with in finding the place was wonderful and went above and beyond in helping me find a place, but his actions alone can't make up for the terrible service that everyone else has demonstrated.

This is very unprofessional company.Mike styles is a bipolar guy ,Rebecca Kujath is big liar racist woman that they are very game player to ignored their responsibilities. If you have any maintainer issues ,they are not sending anyone to fix it for you & if damaging coming up for this issues to other units then they are ignored to dealing with other units damages...it is very nice to see these liars in the court ...

Shady, poor communication, long delays on maintenance, the list goes on. They will try to squeeze you for every dime. Don't rent from them, don't trust them.
