don't live in that place. here at 5 o'clock in the afternoon there is no place for you to park. I only have 1 car and I cannot park my car because there are no spaces available. many children live here, if you live on the ground floor like I do you will suffer a lot, children shout at your window, kick the doors, throw stones at your windows, some residents decide to talk all day at your door or window, shout and speak loudly, especially at dawn. I work at dawn and sleep during the day, here is a place totally without rules and disorganized, live on the street, but don't come to this place, besides I have a newborn baby, he can't sleep due to the noise of these children, I look forward to running away from this place.

I relocated to Washington from Nevada I had to do everything by phone and electronically. Maria worked so hard to ensure that I was approved for my apartment she worked with Compliance as well as her team to ensure that when we pulled up in our U-Haul after driving for two days that we were able to get our keys and move directly into our apartment. Initially I was very scared and had lots of anxiety because I was afraid that my paperwork would not be processed being that COVID-19 stops normal functionality with receiving documents from the unemployment office in a timely fashion. Prior to moving into my apartment I had never done a tour but I was not let down at all. The rooms are spacious the carpet is so comfortable and brand new... the paint looks amazing...maintenance has been right here at every beck and call within hours. Thank you to Helena Colleen Maria and all those that have worked so hard to ensure a smooth and beautiful experience.

The management staff are just wonderful. Maintenance Crews are very helpful and friendly

It's a good place to live (except the neighbors above you if they pound the ground). Also people litter sadly butnits a good place to live though.

Yo I used to live here like 5 years ago, this place was insane with all the drama, runs and fights, and I have so many good stories from this place, It's probably not that good but this place was so fun before Idk if it's still the same but it was so fun. (Not a serious review btw).
