Charter Club Apartments

Have lived here TWICE now! Left for a bit with a roommate but came back :) Courtney (management) was amazing from the get go! Finding an apartment during COVID times is hard as it is but was completely confident in renting and signing even though I didn’t even have time to take a tour. (Already knew the complex well). Love the location and the staff! Always on top of things! Thank you Charter Club!

They treated me like a 2nd class citizen here. I got rejected and I hear they are laughing about. They are crooks and dishonest. I was told they tried several times to contact me after I applied and not once did they give me the time of day. My advice stay away from charter club. 0 stars in my book

This has been the best place I have lived so far. The staff is super friendly! Batul, Carlene, Bo and Austin have all gone out of their way to make residents happy. And they are trying hard to create a community by hosting events and free classes. The maintenance team is super quick and responsive. Overall, a very positive experience. Plus the views of the lake from some units are astounding. There are some car prowlers around, but they have lots of patrols at night to discourage that. Other than that, it feels very safe during normal hours. Lots of people on walks with pets, fishing and biking.

Decent area. But dont expect your deposit back, and dont clean when you leave. They will charge you an apt cleaning, and carpet cleaning fee regardless. My wife and I SCRUBBED the walls and windows and floors,that apartment was spotless and did not need to be cleaned, so.now we owe them money. Also I had my military orders to transfer, and they made it such a hassle to break my lease, they never answer the phone, and and the main manager was super rude to the older woman working there. And the parking is horrible. I'd suggest somewhere else.

Rude new manager, parking problem, ant problem. Just been here in 2 month already wants to move some where else... i am changing my review 1to4 stars. Cuz they fixed all of those issues during this time. No more parking and ant problems and the manager doing her work perfect. But why is my review still 4stars which they still have big issue which is THEFT!!! I lost my things from my car 3 times just in a 1 year. But it wasnt that much valuable thing which was a cigarettes and my dash camera kind of staffs. But last month my girl friend visited on me and parked her car under my assigned parking spot which is just under my bedrooms window. But she lost her exhaust converter for her car. Cant imagine aint nobody hear that the people stealing cars exhaust converter which has to be too much noice too cut that thing from bottom of the car. Only me lost something from my car 4times only one year. So cant imagine how many of our residents lost valuable things from their cars during this time? And why our management cant do nothing for this big issue? Why they just cant put some cameras on parking places and catch that thefts ? What they doing right now is sending some email says we have to be careful and lock our doors because there is a theft going around our apartment complex. The good thing is my lease is ending soon just wants to go somewhere safe place to live...
