We are very pleased with Monterra Apartments. Very secluded and tucked away in Mill Creek. Conveniently located for access to freeway, trails, park/swimming pool, Mill Creek eateries town square, and shopping. Quite and peaceful as well. The staff very helpful, friendly, and accessible, Including on-site maintenance person. The feel of a small family community. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. We hadn't lived in an apartment for a long time. A very pleasant experience. Hopefully this will help someone. God Bless : )

So far my experience at Monterra has been great. I moved into a newly renovated apartment and was very impressed with the quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Jennica in the office has been super helpful since day one. From the application process, to move in day, and afterwards making sure everything was going well. She goes above & beyond to get any issues resolved and it’s much appreciated. Really friendly maintenance team as well. Overall great place to live.

We have been residents at Monterra for a couple weeks now. This has been the most refreshing leasing experience I have ever had. Management is professional and kind, the property is well kept, dog friendly, & there is a nice little trail that runs through the facility. The units are modern and look great. There is a nice gym for residents as well. Location is perfect - all major grocery stores and outlets are nearby, & if you do a lot of commuting for work like myself then you will be pleased with the short commute to I5. I cannot say enough good things about Monterra. If you are looking for an apartment with nice amenities and an excellent location, look no further. & you can expect all of your questions to be answered by the two 2 gals in the office. They have been great to deal with an know what they are doing ud83dude00 UPDATE: I ended up moving due to work circumstances but I still would not hesitate to tell you go ahead and move here! These apartments are excellent and the management team is outstanding!

Been through three different ownership's since living here and this new management team is the best. Dennis who manages the maintenance is the best I've ever seen! Always friendly and asking if we need anything. Follows up after getting stuff done fast to confirm we are taken care of. *****

We absolutely love it here! The apartments are renovated and beautiful. The staff is beyond friendly! Jennica is AMAZING!! She helped worked with us when we moved in and went above and beyond. Even months later, she still remembers us and asks about our lives and how we like it here.
