Vivian, is an amazing manager. Her attention to detail, follow up and care for residence having the best possible experience while living at the community, is truly one of a kind. If you are looking to rent in the Everett area, I highly suggest looking into renting at Mill Pointe.

I am new to town and new to apartment renting. I was having so much trouble finding any apartments much less affordable ones, most of the people in the offices had been very grumpy and didnt want to answer my questions, I have many. The people here are super helpful and didn't seem bothered by my many questions. The apartment I got is just the right size for us and is set up nicely and we feel safe. I hope the pool is available next year, looks like fun!

When I tell you this property is way different from a couple years ago... it is. It’s made a complete transformation. The office team is so helpful, and has been there for residents through this pandemic!

Be careful of children playing in the parking lot. Riding bikes, skating, using scooters are the few things the kids can do with this pandemic. They are staying close to their apartments. The 3 flights of stairs become a long hike when carrying lots of groceries, but the neighbors are helpful. One of them even cut my grandsons hair!
