I have a lot to say about this apartment complex, and hope my honest review helps anyone who is hoping to move here! To start, if you plan on moving here, you will meet the most incredible office staff. Jonathan, who helped us with our lease signing and move in was so incredibly honest, helpful, timely, and easy to work with and so fun to talk to! And so were all of the other people we worked with! In addition, maintenance is also really good, and is very timely with issues that arise. The bad news is that we did find a lot of issues with our apartment when we arrived. Some screws were loose, and there was a lot of issues with the water in the house. However, maintenance has been super timely with issues in the past, and I always feel like my needs are being met living here! Overall, I'm glad I moved in, and am enjoying living here so far. Oh, and the trail is right next to our apartment, and its BEAUTIFUL.

There is extra paperwork and documentation needed for this complex because it is income restricted, but Jonathan made it pretty easy and painless.nI moved in about a month ago but wanted to wait before leaving a review; kinda kick the tires, so to speak.nSo far I am extremely happy here. I love how close the walking path is to the property. I feel like I live in the forest and it’s lovely for walks. The apartment itself is very well maintained, especially for a 16 year old property. The property I came from in Everett had a serious trash issue and it’s like night and day here. The compactor area gets messy and kinda gross, however, maintenance is always around, cleaning and picking up. With so many people using one area, the mess is gonna happen, the important thing to me is that they do the work to keep up on it.nMy only complaint really is that this is a smoke free property, however, people still do smoke on their patios and in their cars with the windows down. On a side note though, the office can’t do anything until I complain *shrug*

Excellent management with a heart of gold; office staff are personable and efficient and caring (and they even go out of their way for a person, too!); abundant trees and nature. Very close to Fred Meyer and Sprouts Farmer's Market, but feels like it is in the country. Maintenance staff are all well groomed, personable, willing, capable, on time, and caring. I have lived here 4 years now, it is a very good place to live. And, there is a beautiful trail for walking & biking at the edge of the property. What a fabulous place this is.

Good place to live compare to other apartment communities that i have lived in. Leasing staff is great when to answer questions and concerns. Its a clean area. I would recommend this place to others

As a 3 year tennant here at Heatherwood, I have read all 126 reviews on this property. I can't speak to every issue but, I would say that any review posted on this page more than a year ago....is invalid. Every neighborhood has a bad day once in a while but, since the new management team lead by Valerie Harris has been at the helm, life actually is better here at Heatherwood. We all live right next door to a woodland sanctuary. It's like having a miniature national park right next door. You can escape any time you like. The apartments are well looked after by a professional maintenance crew. The grounds and buildings are kept in excellent condition. They clean up first thing every morning. The parking lot has been recently resurfaced . There's a new Amazon locker for easy package pick up and, the pool area has new furniture. No place is perfect but, the current management and maintenance team here gives 110 percent all the time.
