Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Great dinner tonight. Had Gary as a waiter. Hilarious completely hilarious and on top of everything. I am gluten free he went out of the way to learn they have an app you can use to list your allergies and it will show you what options you have for everything. Gary made sure i didn't feel like a pain over my allergies. Kitchen accidentally sent out my burger with a brioche bun. He instantly took it away and got me some fries to munch on while it was remade. I had to laugh since he was more frustrated then me. Accidents happen. Once the burger came back out he made sure to double check it was right and I liked it. Will be back for sure and making sure he is there before we sit down.

One of the best places that I had a burger. It was cheaper than some places, while having better food and better service. Very impressed

Terrible. Burger was way over cooked, I think shoe leather would have been better. Asked for a new one after 30 minutes still no burger. 2 other tables around us also had the same issue and never got replacements. We were told twice that one of the two managers were going to come talk to all 3 tables, 20 minutes we finally had to go find one. Worst experience we’ve ever had at Red Robin.

Love Red Robin, but absolutely HATE this location. They mess up your order every freakin’ time! Not even asking for anything complicated!!! Does not mater if you order online, call, or go in person.nMost recently, we called in an order tonight (because they messed up our online order last time). Alexa kept saying “perfect” every 3 seconds, which is probably why our order was messed up, couldn’t hear anything over herself. When I called to tell them we were missing some stuff, I first talked to some lady named Mary, who sounded like she loves her job, and then transferred me without saying anything. Then talked to some guy who then transferred me to a manager. Manager said they would refund me for missing items, we’ll see if they follow through. Go to Lynnwood, don’t waste your time here.
