Worst experience I don’t like this servicenThe ladies that drive the buses are hella so disrespectful to students and they are hella rude to every student . They should improve the service for students

Nice station, located downtown with plenty of nice places nearby!

This transit center is semi Amtrak friendly in the early morning; but, brutal in the afternoon. There is ABSOLUTELY NO trains leaving after 11:39a.nThe Transit Center agent is rude, abrasive and does NOT exhibit customer service skills at all. I would give this 0 stars but the A.M arrival has been decent.
