Bobby was amazing! He was very courteous and professional. Our sink was terribly clogged and now it drains perfectly. We will definitely use Crystal Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

These guys replaced the water and sewage pipes for our mothers 1950’s home. We had received one other quote before finding Crystal Plumbing. The first company (Well known company in Lodi), couldn’t figure out what was going wrong, then quoted us an astronomical price. The toilets wouldn’t flush, filthy water was coming up through the shower drain (total nightmare). I found Crystal Plumbing and decided to call for a second quote. Crystal Plumbing came within 10 mins of us calling (it was later in the day). The plumber was able to figure out right away what the issue was. He temporarily fixed the problem then they scheduled a few days later to To do the extensive work. They kept us informed throughout the process, they explained everything clearly, often times having to repeat themselves, so that I would understand. They coordinated with the city of Lodi right away. I’m just very thankful we found such a professional, respectful, very knowledgeable, kind, group of plumbers at a very reasonable price to help our elderly mom. I’m recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you Crystal Plumbing!

Crystal Plumbing is two brothers and their dad (who acts as secretary), so you always know who is coming to your house. Big plumbing companies hire people who come and go. I am so very grateful to have found skilled plumbers who pride themselves on their fair prices and excellent customer service. Throw away all your other plumber numbers. They have helped me with several properties. Highest recommendation!!
